Program Overview

Grit + Grace is a holistic wellness program created for women who are ready to reclaim their power - physically, mentally, and emotionally. This program blends high-energy HIIT workous with mindfulness, journaling, and recovery practices to help women build strength, release stress, and rise with confidence.

Program Structure

Gride (Strength Training)

HIIT circuits, core and stability work, mobility, and progressive workouts.

Glow (Mindfulness & Recovery)

Breathwork, journaling, visualizations, and stress release practices.

Community Support

Private group chats, live calls, and accountability features.
